GENERAL:
1. ELITEL BROADBAND services are available for all types of customers.
2. Subject to the acceptance of the application and technical feasibility, ELITEL will endeavor to provide the Service
as soon as possible.
3. The contract with ELITEL for provision of Broadband Service will be for a minimum period of 6 months.
4. ELITEL does not hold responsibility for lesser download or upload data rates caused by the accessed website
status or the international gateway or the media.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICE:
   A. ELITEL reserves the right to disconnect the service to any customer in case there is sufficient evidence of the
customer intentionally or unintentionally using the service in a manner which would adversely impact ELITEL’s
Network.
   B. The customer shall be responsible for using the service only for Legal and appropriate purposes.
   C. ELITEL reserves the right to terminate the service in the event of unauthorized re-sale, rental and re-engineer.
